HIRAM RYAN, CHAIRMAN, PRESIDENT
AND CEO
SUMMARY:
Hiram Ryan comes with considerable
experience as a senior
international executive in both
the public and private sector.
During the 80’s, he owned
and operated his own media company
in Brisbane Queensland Australia,
Media Readers, which became Queensland’s
leading professional press clipping
and media service. In 1988, he
was recognized as a leading Australian
businessman and was awarded the
Queensland Executive of the Year
Award and Queensland Enterprise
Award, a semi-finalist for Industry
and Commerce section for the prestigious
Australian Bicentennial BHP
Awards and his picture was on
display as Australia’s leading
Indigenous Entrepreneur in the
Pavilion for Indigenous People
during the 1988, Brisbane World
Expo.
In 1999, he established Ryan
Holdings Corp, a US based company
specializing in garden home
development project, commercial and
hotel golf course resort development
projects in Texas. In 2000, he
established Ryan Aerospace
Corporation, a Texas based “Role-up”
general aviation manufacturing

DIANE
LUBER, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
SUMMARY:
Diane Luber is a licensed Certified
Public Accountant with the State
of Texas with over twenty-five years
of experience as a C.F.O, senior
financial and corporate executive in
the private and public sector.
Her expertise in finance and corporate
management has included the Banking
industry as an Offer of the Bank, ten
years with a Texas based Angle
Investment Company and responsible for
32 start-up companies.
Ms Luber has been involved
with major aerospace companies,
Rockwell Collins Avionics as Senior
Financial Analyst. Diane’s
public sector experience has been
as Financial Reporting Manager for
the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust
Company reporting all external investment
information to the Governor, Legislation
Budget Board and the Comptroller
of the State of Texas.

KLAUS
FISCHER, CHIEF DESIGN OFFICER
SUMMARY: Klaus
Fischer held the positions of Head
of Design, General Manager, and
Head of Engineering, Research and
Development for several different
aircraft manufacturing companies
such as Grob Aerospace and Fairchild
Dornier. He has 28 years of flying
experience and 25 years of experience
in aircraft design such as the Grob
Gliders, G115 trainer aircraft,
GF200 business aircraft, G520 Egrett
high altitude aircraft and the G850
Strato which holds the world altitude
record for manned piston-engine flight
to 60,867 ft/18,552m.
His services with Fairchild Dornier
saw him as chief designer for the
728 jet airliner, Fairchild Dornier's
ambitious bid to develop a range
of regional jet airliners to supplement
the smaller 328JET series, and attracted
strong airline interest when launched.
Klaus Fischer is not only an international
leader in the development of all-composite
aircraft construction with vast
experience in testing and licensing,
he also holds the patent in composite
aircraft construction. Fischer's
designs are world-renowned and he
has won several contests.
